Giovanna Canale is a Senior Associate at EXP Legal, a member of the Rome Bar Association. Specializing in corporate law, real estate particularly transactions involving the purchase and lease of premises, national and international successions, and insolvency procedures, Giovanna provides legal counsel to companies (small and medium companies and multinationals), international organizations and individuals.
