Alberto Polimeni graduated in law both at University of RomaTre in Italy and at Nova Southeastern University in Florida, where he also served as a researcher and published academic articles in international law journals, while also winning several state and national awards and competitions.

Alberto is a licensed attorney in both the United States and Italy, practicing in the state and federal courts of Florida. With a wealth of experience in matters related to EU-USA commercial relations, with a particular focus on the export of "Made in Italy" products, he assists businesses and individuals in all aspects of establishing and managing their business presence in the USA.

Former Partner and Head of the International Practice at a nationally recognized American law firm, he is now in charge of EXP Legal with Polimeni & Bianchi Fasani office in Miami, providing legal counsel between Italy and the USA in the areas of corporate, commercial, real estate, and immigration law; from the negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements to the resolution of disputes before American courts.
