EXP Legal has supported Resimix S.r.l. in its strategic internationalization process toward the United States, reaffirming its role as a key legal partner for Italian companies looking to expand abroad.
Founded in the 1980s by brothers Livio and Pietro Zarantonello, Resimix is a well-established Italian company specializing in the formulation and production of advanced materials for specialized construction applications, with a strong focus on the reinforcement and rehabilitation of transportation infrastructure—particularly railway systems.
EXP Legal assisted Resimix throughout every phase of the project, providing fully integrated legal support that included:

regulatory analysis and export compliance, with a specific focus on U.S. federal and state-level requirements applicable to the construction chemicals sector;

incorporation of the U.S. subsidiary Resimix Inc., based in Miami;

The project was led by Stefano Rossi, partner at EXP Legal, who coordinated the multidisciplinary team and oversaw the legal work in both Italy and the United States. U.S. tax and cross-border compliance matters were handled by Beatrice Bianchi Fasani, head of EXP Legal’s Miami office.
