Over 60 Italian companies attend event on strategies and opportunities for Made in Italy in the U.S.
The event “United States of America: opportunities and strategies for Made in Italy” was held with great success on May 21 in Milan, organized by AICE – the Italian Foreign Trade Association – and EXP Legal, with the participation of institutional delegates from five U.S. States: Florida, Indiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and Virginia.
More than 60 Italian companies joined the event, confirming the growing interest in the U.S. market and the desire to adopt more structured internationalization models – moving beyond export-only approaches towards stable presence, direct investment, local subsidiaries, joint ventures and M&A operations.
The morning featured a plenary session with institutional and technical speakers who addressed:

the evolving U.S. economic environment,

legal, tax and operational entry strategies,

opportunities and incentives offered to foreign investors by the five States of Florida, Indiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and Virginia.
In the afternoon, B2B meetings were held between companies and U.S. delegates to explore specific investment projects and concrete business opportunities.
