Giovanni Luca Zenga joined EXP Legal in 2026 as Counsel. His professional practice focuses on commercial and corporate law, providing advice to national and international clients. He assists companies and professionals in the management of business activities, the structuring of complex transactions, and the negotiation of commercial contracts.

After earning his law degree from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome in January 1994, he practiced law initially at the Naples Bar and subsequently at the Rome and Viterbo Bars. Over the course of his career, he has gained significant international experience, carrying out professional activities in the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as in Italy, working in cross-border contexts and collaborating with leading law firms and prominent professional organizations.
