Giovanna Canale is Of Counsel at EXP Legal and collaborates as an external consultant in the areas of international successions and immigration law, with a focus on inbound immigration matters such as Italian citizenship, residence permits, business visas, and investor visas. A member of the Rome Bar, she also specializes in corporate law, real estate, and restructuring & insolvency. With her multidisciplinary expertise, Ms. Canale provides legal advice to companies (SMEs and multinational corporations) and individuals, skillfully addressing complex legal issues and delivering innovative and tailored solutions.

Giovanna earned her law degree from the University LUISS Guido Carli of Rome, and began her career working in prestigious law firms gaining significative experience and skills in various areas of law. Throughout her career, Giovanna Canale has assisted clients in a wide range of legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, successions and estate planning, as well as managing insolvency and bankruptcy procedures.
