Alessandro Rossi joined EXP Legal in 2024 as a Senior Associate. His practice focuses on commercial and corporate law, advising national and international clients, and on insurance law, with a particular emphasis on contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation. With his arrival, the firm’s insurance law practice was established, which he now leads by providing specialized and integrated legal solutions.

After graduating in Law from the University of Salerno in April 2014, he collaborated with the Department of Commercial Law chaired by Prof. Avv. Roberto Rosapepe. He later completed his legal traineeship at PG Legal in Rome before working as an in-house counsel for multinational insurance companies. He gained comprehensive experience in insurance law, having worked with various industry players, including insurers, reinsurers, and brokers.

At EXP Legal, he oversees and develops the insurance law practice, delivering consultancy on contractual matters, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
