In particular, by introducing a preliminary phase of alert and simplifying the access to recovery plans and debt restructuring agreements.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div style=\"float: left; display: inline-block; margin-right: 10px;\">\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail size-full wp-image-8660\" src=\"https:\/\/explegal.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/cherubini_avatar.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"130\" height=\"130\" \/><\/div>\n<div><small><em>Giorgio Cherubini<\/em><\/small><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Now the draft is under examination of of the Senate for the second parliamentary passage.
